My Business:  Filet Steak & Seafood - a casual dining restaurant, located in the courtyard of the movie theater at Lake Oconee Village.

My Mission:  We are committed to making every dining experience a memorable one, leaving you in anticipation of your next visit by providing consistent, excellent quality food and service.

My Strengths:  A very dependable and loyal staff that has remained steadfast during the good and not so good times.  The ability to confidently yet humbly take each day at a time, relying on God alone, who promises that, in my weakness, He will make me strong.

One Thing I've Learned Along the Way:  At the end of the day, it's the special people that matter most, both to me and the success of Filet.

Best Business Advice I Ever Received:  To trust God in everything I do, to not rely on my own earthly wisdom, but to just acknowledge Him and then watch as He makes the daily decisions involved in running a business clearly.

Words of Wisdom to Other Women in Business:  Work hard toward success.  Give it all you've got.  Realize that failures and setbacks are just part of the process and that in the end, it was all worth it.
